The Portwest FR511 Bizflame 88/12 X Back Iona Xtra FR Coverall is engineered to provide durable, lightweight flame-resistant protection while delivering comfort and breathability on demanding worksites. Constructed from premium Bizflame 88/12 fabric—a 237g blend of 88% cotton and 12% nylon—this coverall meets CAT 2 performance and boasts an impressive ATPV rating of 8.2 cal/cm².

This coverall is designed for safety-critical environments, offering lifetime flame resistance, dual hazard protection, and 8 multifunctional pockets for storage. The X back reflective tape configuration enhances visibility while allowing space for company logo application. A two-way breakaway brass zip ensures quick access, and a reinforced area provides fastener points for an H2S gas monitor.

The UPF 40+ rated fabric blocks over 98% of harmful UV rays, while the premium FR reflective tape maintains high visibility even in low-light conditions. With a generous fit and exceptional moisture management, the FR511 is ideal for utilities, oil and gas, and other high-risk environments.
